How to install - Apple Devices

1. Download the Application using the link found above. This will install the app to your home screen.
2. Launch the app from your home screen. You will get a message "Untrusted Enterprise Developer." Press the 'Trust' option if it is provided in the prompt. If not, complete the following steps:
1. Press Cancel on the 'Untrusted Enterprise Developer' message box
2. Navigate to your device settings
3. Select General on the left of the settings menu
4. Scroll down in the general settings to the Profiles option
5. You will see a list of Enterprise Distributors on this page, which will contain 'Royal Wolf'
6. Select 'Royal Wolf' followed by the Trust
7. You can now return to your home screen and launch the app.
3. You can now launch the application from your home screen.

How to install - Android Devices

1. Before downloading the application, navigate to your device settings.
2. Select security in your settings menu.
3. Scroll down and enable the option unknown sources.
4. Now you can download the application using the link found above.
5. You will receive a prompt warning that untrusted applications can harm your device. Select ok to download the app.
6. You will receive a notification 'RoyalWolfOperations.apk' has been downloaded once the download has been complete.
7. From the notifications area, select the downloaded file.
8. You will see a screen with the requirements and permissions required by the application. Select install.
9. The application will be installed to your device and ready to launch
